This Agreement and any disputes in connection with its subject matter shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada without regard to conflict of laws principles. By accessing and using the Website, you expressly consent and agree to be bound by the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario regarding all matters pertaining to your access and use of this Website. 

 General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void or for any reason, and unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining provision will continue to be valid and enforceable.
